Not receiving the goods

On 18/06 I have paid for a watch through Western Union. On Monday, 20/06 ther chinese trader Dekai Wei from Shenzen collected the payment. I have tried since to contact them several times but they refuse to respond to my messages or to aknowledge receipt of the money.
