Director has repeated in Australia his exploit in the UK. Over AUD$32 million from consumers in a few years, and now insolvent. Administrator, Worrells, reports director's claims, among other things, that: Club LaBourse, a name/entity not registered in Australia, is owned by overseas entity TAG SA; and, membership fees were paid to Club LaBourse Travel Pty Ltd (same director as Club LaBourse Oceania P/L).

Worrells has sold, for AUD $10 000, the website of Club LaBourse Oceania P/L to Club LaBourse Travel Pty Ltd which continues to trade.(UK Court reported that TAG SA ordered to be wound up late July '08, but associated company Club LaBourse allowed to continue.) Administrator reports "multiple unexplained payments... to parties other than Club Labourse Travel Pty Ltd".
