The complaint is twofold. One the total price was £115 the money taken was £126. The boots were mushroom coloured not chocolate brown as shown on web page. They also felt very cheap, small, with a flaw in one of the soles. The box was not an UGG box, it was too small so the boots had to be packaged ...
