I was given a free trial for cost of postage, $4.34, there was no mention of extra costs to be withdrawn from my account. They have withdrawn $42.72 from my account without approval from me. I have tried to contact them with no avail. How do I get my money back and stop more being withdrawn??? ...

Signed up for the trial period, never received the goods, tried contacting them as my credit card was charged 5 days after the order not the required 8 to cancel this. They wouldn't reply to e-mail or phone call spoke to my bank and they say I have to take this up with them first before the $87.47 ...
