Der To Whom It May Concern,
I have as of this morning, (26/09/09), found out from my bank that an amount of $88.34 has been taken from my bank account by a company called Elite Pack. According to my bank it was done via online. Now I know for a fact that I have not purchased anything from this company and have not signed up for anything. I am very distraught as it is alot of money to me that is, especially when I have five children. My bank has stated that I cannot do anything until it shows up on my bank statement at the moment the withdraw is only on their systems. I am very upset about this happening. Could you tell me what else I can do to get my money back from these people? Your help would be much appreciated.
