Can not download movies

I downloaded 360 proshare in late 2007 for a life time membership i brought the program to download movies but havent been able to unless i want sicko movies not a problem ..my kids use it to download music not a problem look forward to hearing from any one who knows how to fix the problem that would be great leeanne
