PushTraffic Inc
PushTraffic LIES

Over a period of 3 months PushTraffic charged me $15, 000 USD for a whole host of services including one-on-one telephone coaching for 12 months, website creation & promotion, assistance with creating a membership site, search engine submissions for all my websites, marketing & SEO services plus 3 tickets to a seminar to be held in Australia May.

The contract & terms & conditions were not sent until after money was deducted from my credit cards. The salesman insisted the contract should be signed & faxed back while he waited on the phone, despite the fact that many topics discussed were not on the quotation. I was told that it was just a standard agreement but that everything discussed would be actioned.

The coaching calls did not address any of the topics discussed. I was simply told to do what they say if I wanted to make money. They were trying to get me to sell their products and services. In effect I had to pay PushTraffic to recommend and promote their services and pay extra for hosting and marketing costs.

When I complained, the CEO (John Raygoza) called me and tried to convince me that I would make a lot of money his way and that he would be happy to meet for lunch during the Australian seminar to discuss my business and action plan. The proposed seminar never took place. They did not notify me of the cancellation.

The handful of coaching calls were sub-standard and did not address the needs discussed. They ceased.

I continued to ask for a refund. Raygoza admitted in an email that he had reviewed my situation and that a salesman had been reprimanded for his actions and told me he would refund $5, 000. To date I have not been refunded.

Regarding the canceled seminar, Raygoza suggested I fly to Los Angeles for his next seminar. When I declined (owing to family commitments and that I had recently had surgery) he eventually offered to send a coach to my home in Australia.By this time, 12 months had lapsed since I'd signed up and I had attended seminars, coaching programs and several workshops here in Australia. Thus the offer of sending a coach to Australia was pointless. I simply wanted a refund. PushTraffic had not met their obligations in the 12 months prior.

This has been going on for 19 months. I have a list of other victims with similar stories. They all believe, as I do, that PushTraffic has scammed countless victims. PushTraffic has scored a six figure sum from just the victims on my list.

As a group we intend to take this matter further. Other victims can contact me to join the fight. Write to [email protected]

I was told tat I would receive nothing
