I almost got caught in this but luckily read the fine print. I called within the 15 days however the customer number on the website and the invoice was either disconnected or never answered. I searched the website again and found another number which I called (on 3 Sept) and cancelled with no more charges to my card. On receiving my phone bill the number I called (which was supposed to be in the UK) was actually from the Slovenia Republic. The number I called was 38616004917 from Australia so may have to be altered depending on your country. Hope this may help someone out.
