Unauthorised debit transactions

I ordered Google money profit software for A$2.29 which was charged to my visa acct. and debited to my bank statement on 11th June
Since then I have had unauthorised deductions of 24/6/09 A$9.06
25/6/09 A$51.18 - 25/6/09 A$10.18 - 27/6/09 A$4.07
3/7/09 A$12.37

ALSO: Health & Beauty - 28/6/09 A$73.05
1/7/09 A$73.43
plus all the resulting foreign currency conversion fees
I would like to know what is going on and why this is happening
I have put it in the hands of my Bank and they are conducting an investigation on my behalf, but I would like to hear from you as to what has gone wrong and what you are going to do to reinburse me for monies illegally taken from me
