Response to an email and was directed to a website and accept for a free trial of the Acai product.
Received an email to confirm only been charged for the shipping.
The web-ad and the email DO NOT have any information telling you that by accepting the trial product you are automatically signed up for a monthly charge of USD 80.83 after 14 days trial period.
Since I lived in Australia, the product did not arrived within the 14 days trial period and I was surprise to see a transactions on my master card of amount USD 78.81. Send an email to them and request to get a refund because I didn't authorize this transaction. I have send them at least 10 emails to protest against 3 more unauthorized charge from the same company.
I have request a dispute on all 3 transactions and my bank is still investigating.
BE VERY CAREFUL, as they use different name for each transaction charge on your master card.
Any idea on how to stop this IDIOT to continue such deceptive business practice
