Unauthorized debit card transaction

I am here to complaint about this site which did an unauthorized transaction on my Debit Card, On June 1 I bought a google software at AUD2.29, promised to be delivered to my house by 7 days, It never came and I was charged with a AUD 50 and further charge me USD 2.29 (June 5), USD9.95 (June 29), AUD50.89 (30 June), USD 7.95 (July 15) and recently USD 9.95 (June 27)... Please STOP IT... I am struggling to make ends meet in this economy crisis... These are the name of the reference in my statement Networkaendacom, www.GGIPROFIT.com, Networkagenda.com, profitGG18882164952.
