I have witnessed the Deltec Manufacturing scam as well. I cannot understand why a purchasing officer would agree to purchase toner cartridges at a 250% premium to prices listed on most other sites. I suspect that Deltec offers a kickback to purchasing officers in order to secure the sale. I can’t ...
