Service complaint on overpayment not refunded!

Shops, Products, Services

Since March I have been trying to get my overpayment refunded back to me. After numerous e-mails (of which I have kept copies) I have still not had any joy. On 23 September @ 04:57PM EST, I received an e-mail informing me that two refunds were processed (R210.59 and R219.95) and the refund cheques will be sent by mail, within 35 days from credit generated. Sent an e-mail to enquire yesterday, and received an answering e-mail this morning, stating the following: "Please be advised that on your account there was no over payment made. You can give me the dates and the amounts of the payments made and I will be able to tell you on what products your payments went to. We sent you a Select Edition book THUNDER AND RAIN but was sent back from the post office but I have replaced it for you." - THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! This is the last straw, I am at my wit's end!!! Who do I speak to now? I have requested Tamlyn to give me a contact number for her superior, as I am getting no more results from her!! I have been a loyal RD Customer for many years, and I have never had such terrible service as I have experienced this last year! I have proof of all payments, and overpayment too!
