Anderson engaged in hostage freight practices & refused to refund

Anderson engaged in hostage freight practices and has not refunded money for over payment. Anderson's price changed from 1650.00 to 4800.00 once he had possesion of my household goods. Anderson did not pay the 3rd party carrier therefore when my goods arrived in Australia they would not be released. I had to pay for the shipment again, to another carrier, in order to stop the 150.00 a day storage fees I was incurring while Anderson worked through his financial problems. When Anderson felt he was being watched by DOT he promised to refund the 1500.00 door delivery charge he never completed. This was 3 weeks ago and to this day, he has refused to pay me the overpayment. I want my door payment refunded along with the amount I paid in excess of the 1650.00 quote while my goods were being held hostage for more money. Anderson has failed to follow through with one of his promises to date. When my crates arrived I discovered I was missing thousands of dollars of accounting software and my Vera Wang wedding dress. I informed Anderson of the missing items to start processing a claim but as usual, Anderson refuses to have a dialog with me. I am wondering if Anderson is insured. Anderson never produced any detailed paperwork with a detailed list of the contents of my crate. I am sure this is to make it difficult for me to prove my loss. Anyone thinking about using Anderson for your moving needs must know he is not a licensed international mover and he will NOT live up to his quote, he has no intentions of living up to his quote. His quote is a means to get you in and then once he has your product the price will double if not more.
