Agent Rat diverted inquiries for our property to sell other properties, cost $100,000 in delays & penalty interest

We entrusted our property to this agent, they told us they were experts and would be doing everything possible to sell our property. This was back in the recent boom, when everything was selling quickly.

We had no action for months and no offers. Then we got several friends to call and ask about ours, and turned out the agent was running ours down, saying there were many better available. They told three different people there had been little interest in ours and that there was much better value available.
