Glynis Austin is a dirty little scammer. I advertised my property with this agent. She diverted inquiries to the more expensive properties she was selling. I was paying for her to advertise my property while she diverted the inquiries to other properties. For months i had no inquiries. I already purchased another property and needed to sell as i was paying the loan for both the properties. I had friends inquire about my property, she was bad mouthing it and even suggested not to buy it. I would not recommend Glynis Austin to no one, she is the next Heather Filippini. When i took my listing to the agent next door, i sold my property with in a month. Avoid these scammers at Ray white Paddington Brisbane. Do not be fooled by her using a different marketing name. She works out of Ray White Paddington Brisbane. She is Nothing short of an exceptional Rip Off.
