I recieved a letter stateing the I am the sole and rightful owner of $5000. Says I need to sign and return. Says, this is a contest with additional tiebreakers to determine the winner. This contest of skill is not a lottery, game of chance or gambling. It has a puzzle on the part where you sign and says circle the correct answer. Its 20 5 = 25 21 23. It gives a check id number (USCLP002 Q454486048) A Payment number (UBI5). I have read several other complaints about this same letter.
