Ripoff dishonest claims won't refund money on credit card nationwide

After several attempts, finally got address to send back a pair of boots. The ad claimed to be original UGG boots, but were surfboots.
Sent surfboots back which cost $20.00. Surfboots won't refund money to my credit card. I've paid interest on these boots each month since Christmas. I have e-mailed Surfboots several times and they will not respond.
