Shipped in-correct size boots, then was un-willing to replace the boots with correct size South

I ordered 1 pair of sheepskin boots that were indicated to fit between size 10-11 mens. (I am a size 10 1/2) After receiving the boots direct from australia (and paying approx. $15. for shipping), I discovered that the boots were much too small. They are at least 1 full size too small (if not more) I contacted "Ian" in customer service. He told me that if I ordered the size I received, than I would be responsible for the shipping costs both ways for me to exchange the boots for the correct size. This would be at least $30 - $40 US (for a pair of boots that cost $58.65 US) I informed him that the size I ordered should have fit me, if their sizing was correct. He told me that it was out of his hands, and their was nothing they could do for me. I feel that the compant does not stand behind their claims or product. Buyer beware if ordering from this company. Their sizes are far from accurate to US stanadrds!!!
