Custom charges and bad copies

I placed my order with Uggs 4 all mid December and have just received them today (min Jan)
Due to Christmas and weather I was expecting delays but not a month. The tracking number they gave me said it was signed by customer in Australia on the 29th December so made me question if these were imported from china and resent from Australia! I sent many e-mails to company and courier but no reply, no number and no address so never expected to ever receive them. Due to complaints on line I decided to cancel my debit card as no longer trusted company. I have finally received my boots but had to pay and extra £19.48 in custom charges. My parcel must have been in customs all along.

My boots arrived in a plastic bag, the shoe size written in black maker on the sole so looks like they came off the market. They do disclose that they are not affiliated with the American Company Deckers Outdoor Corporation so knew they would be Australian Uggs. I am very disappointed with the customer service (none) and having to pay out extra to get my boots. They do the job and could pass as original if you have no idea what they are meant to look like.

• NOT A GOOD COPY! Do the job but not same at picture they display on their own website! - my boots have a cream UGG tag and picture has a brown tag – the heal part of UGG is a lighter colour to rest of boot and a different leather!!
• Add an extra £19.48 as they do not declare boots so pot luck if you get them or avoid getting caught.
• Do not give personal details to this company as no way of contacting them. Use a pre-paid credit card.
• Do not expect to have any warranty.
• Only free delivery if over certain amount which is a few pence short of the tall Uggs, so added a set of insoles as cheaper than postage. Total costing were.

Total just boots £87.21

Still cheaper and have a sent of sheepskin insoles as well for some of my not so warm boots.
Happy my feet are finally warm (arrived the day the snow melted away – sods law!) will not be going through this again.
