I was getting my drive way concreted and I obtained about 7 quotes. Simon from Saxy Concreting was not the cheapest quote, but he came across very professional and I thought we were on the same wave length. So when I finally made my decision to go with him the night mares started. All of the sudden it was clear I was dealing with a half wit who would ask me the same questions over and over again. Everything we agreed on during the quote suddenly became too hard to do. And it seemed to me he just wanted to do it the easiest way, instead of the way I wanted. It took him 5 weeks to finish a job that can be done in two days of good weather. he would come over and work for one or two hours a week and would leave empty beer cans in my front yard.

Simon admitted he hated customers to my face, he also admitted to being high on drugs while working on my property! I honestly do not see how he thought a customer would want to hear these things.

After being stringed a long by his empty promises he finally finished the job. I was glad it was finished but was left feeling a ripped-off as it was not the perfect result I expected. And I was put through two weeks of hell to get a sub-standard job.
