Bad after sell service

I purchased a Toshiba Laptop from Harvey Norman Castle hills in Nov 10, two month later the hard disc was burned.

I asked the store to refund / exchange to another model for me. Because I believe the hard disc is one of the most important parts of a computer, it gets damaged within such short period; I have loss the confidence to using this model

The computer department manager Eric Gie told me that themself (Harvey Norman) actually only an outlet of these entire electricity supplier, if I want a refund I should speak to Toshiba myself. They do not hold any responsibility for quality problem.

Man, this is ridiculous. I would never go back to that store again.
