I have sent 5 e mails ref faulty boots they have not replyed after 3 e mail i returned the boots in january and sent e mails to say with recordered delivery info no reply please help me to get my replacesment boots or my money back I must say In the time from November I ordered a pair for my daughter and received them in 5 days do not know how to get it sorted out many thanks for your time Mrs T Harnett 02088563839
