I went into your store on 28th of November this year with great expectation of shopping there. I was very excited as this was my first time in Singapore and I had been told so much about our store. The first thing I notice on entering was that the staff ignored me when I asked for assistance I got none, when asked for the third time a lady begrudgingly came over to me, I asked for a price on the perfume (something I feel is not done in your store) she took the perfume from me and returned with a price she then put it back on the table without even asking if I would like to purchase it, she then walked off. I have never been treated so badly and made to feel that I was not worthy to be in your store. I left without buying anything she made me feel like I was beneath her, all I can say is never judge a book by its cover. Yes I was on holidays and yes I was dressed casually, (not like a bum though) she needs to remember that she is just retail employee and I wish I had said that to her because if she works on commission then she lost a big sale. I have been pondering over this since it happened and feel I needed to write to someone about how your staff treat customers that they prejudge.
