Unstaffed store

This store is understaffed and they won't get anymore works in how is a store suppose to run probable if this store won't fill there books with people who are good works and just don't stand around looking good and looking like they are work when on a number of times entering this store i have seen the workings there standing around talking to co workers about there personal life... and then when then are short on people to fill loads they call on people who have worked six days straight and then still come just to cover them so the grocery manager can go off and party all weekend so how is this fair on the rest of the staff member's that have family and they need time with there kids please do something about or i am going to take this matters
