Being scammed out of my money!

I ordered what i thought was a watch tv service and a movie download service. I was under the impression i was getting a great service instead i got a download that is completely free to download and doesn't work anyway. I cant get a response back from them regarding my money back and they say full refund if your not happy well clearly i am not happy but obviously i am not getting my money back either. This software was in a review that someone posted as being fantastic thats why i got it over another program. I am not happy, i lost almost $60 Australian dollars which i cant afford to lose. They need to be shut down. They are scum bags.
