Terrible service

I booked a hotel in London for 4 nights end of Oct for this year - I have paid for this hotel by credit card my complaint is that I cannot contact them - tried emails - none have got through... read that they don't answer their phone. Now I am wondering if when we get to the hotel will this payment be honored?
