I made a booking for the Red Roof Inn Hotel at Anchorage in April 09 and
was sent an email confirming the booking and also a voucher
which I printed out for use at this hotel on 5 Sept 09 for 1 night.

When I got to the hotel, they would not recognise the voucher as they said
the reservation nos or agency nos were not ones they recognised. The email
from Book in Hotels confirmed that I paid for this booking with my credit card. The hotel tried to ring Book in Hotels on my behalf but could not get through. I ended up
paying US $88.48 for another room.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Book in Hotels for a refund for the original amount I paid plus an explanation as to what happened with my booking but have not been able to get through on the phone and my emails have returned as undeliverable.
