BOOKED WRONG DESTINATION

We booked 3 tickets through Manpreet Kaur a consultant Working at JET TRAVELS
for Bali but she end up booking us for some place called Balikpapan (NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BALI)
Rang Few Times and was passed to jyoti then shalini then kumar
BUT NO HELP ..Finally got hold of Manager who was cooperative to help me after one week (first i was told by him its my fault i did not look at tickets
Got new tickets but still have to spend time at airport and still no compensation for hotel
Manpreet spoiled our holidays. I cannot believe how a consultant can work who does not know any place in the world.
she should be not be allowed to work in any travel agency
My wife has lodged a complaint against Company for compensation
And will never recommend To go to THAT COMPANY
