Rollers worn prematurely

I purchased the Ab Circle Pro during November from an Australian TV advertisement. It has only been used ~10 times and the rollers are wearing badly; the right roller is pitted. I would like new rollers. I've been trying to find a source of replacement parts in Australia for months now, with no success so far.
