Money taken out of daughters credit card acount

Gabriela was notified not to use my daughters credit card details and not to use it after the 45.00aud purchase there has been 79.90us taken out of my daughters credit card account all subscriptions were cancelled on the 19/8 as there was a atempt to take money out on that date now they have taken it out have email them for a full refund have not heard anything back daughter wants to take this matter to the police all she wants is her money returned in full
