Locked in Store with trolley full of groceries

After taking ill daughter to doctors, we went to Woolworths to buy grocery items that we needed for that night & weekend. Arrived just before 9.30pm and was only purchasing vital items, however, once in store, we remembered other items we needed. As we do not usually go to that Woolworths store, we were unaware of where items were located. There were many staff members in the store and we asked several of them throughout the night where to locate certain items. When we had finished shopping, we realised we had forgot the eggs and asked a staff member who directed us to the other side of the store. At other side of store, we asked another staff member who looked at us with a shocked look on her face and then told us that the doors were locked. Another staff member approached us and spoke quite rudely to us saying that the store was closed and why were we still there. We had almost $300 worth of groceries in our trolley and were not permitted to purchase them or even just the vital items. We were kicked out of the store & my daughters wallet was still in the trolley. we did get it back although staff were very rude about it. We then spent our $300 at coles. very distressing night
