Centrelink lies:

It was before in Australia a social security system which was helping all people with no descrimination at all to find jobs and to cover essential bills. These days the system is changed and being so hopeless.

My name is Mina from Melbourne

I am writing to complain about the bad service in the Centrelink of Broadmeadows in Australia. I had stopped working as my six months contact was gone six weeks ago. From this time I was applying from the Centrelink. It is the worst customer service I had ever met. I had an appointment a staff called Emmy to explain that I am not working and I have no more than two hundreds in my account and I have to cover my rent as soon as possible. She asked for evidence from my bank. I brought statement from my bank and receipts from my credit card to show where the money spent. Anyway, the Centrelink refused to offer any help even just to help to find any job anywhere in Australia. I had called them, and complain, even asked for review for my request. But as I expected from their corrupted system: Nothing happened. Today I received a letter from the Centrelink:

Rejection of your claim for Newstart Allowance:
Your claim for Newstart Allowance has been withdrawn at your request.

That is not fair. They lie: I didn't withdraw my request: how I withdrew my request and I have only few days to pay my rent $ 685? The system should help people to find jobs and to offer allowance during this time. The fact is: If you know somebody in the Centrelink you can get your allowance straight away. The Centrelink lies. If they want to reject your request, they can search in your papers and make up any excuse to stop payment. And if they want to accept your request, even if you have huge house and brain new cars, you still can get money from them.

We must make a further action to maintain the Australian social security system which helps the poor people to find jobs and to cover the essential bills. As if those people can't afford to live they may attend to be criminal to pay their bills. So the social security system is security for the whole Australian Society.

In the next letters, just wait as I collect evidences to show you again HOW THE CENTRELINK LIES AND HOW THEY RIP OFF OUR MONEY.
