Symantec - norton Security unauthorised billing to my mastercard after updating norton security online Melbourne

I upgraded my norton security online and used what i thought was a secure payment from my mastercard, now however i have noticed two lots of $39.95 australian dollars that have been debited without my authorisation. Immediately contacted my bank as well as symantec. Symantec are trying to tell me they have no records of this transaction but the bank is telling me that the merchant number on my debit of my upgrade amount is the same number on the fraudulent transaction. Beware of symantec and upgrading or purchasing NORTON SECURITY online as they will use your credit card details for continuing fraudulent debits. SYMANTEC maintain they are secure and reputable-DONT TRUST they make details bank details available for FRAUD.Statement reads DRI*CA Pac luxembourg and DRI*CA symantec luxembourg
