My mother had rang up and payed a deposit for a puppy, she said she would come in and pick the puppy up probably that same day. I went there to meet my mother and daughter. Once I
Got there I wasn't certain that it was the correct pet shop so I asked the young lad at the front had a young girl and lady come in to pick up a puppy, he didn't know so u then asked the other lady serving she too was very unclear and very unsure of any puppies being picked up, she then directed me to another lady
And the lady was reluctant to quickly tell me if my mother and daughter were here and if this was
The correct pet shop. I then assertively asked please I'm only wanting to find out quickly wether this is the place my mum is picking up a puppy she payed a deposit on. She wouldn't answer me because she said she was busy
Serving. I then apologised if I seemed a bit eager when she was busy. She then said yes you were I overly assertive and wait till another person gets back
And we will sort it out. I waited and the owner didn't even come over I gave up in the end and said I won't put up with this service and he started abusing us in front of my five year old and she started crying.
