Boutique Homes Melbourne Pty Ltd, Boutique Homes, Mr Vito Di Natale ripoff business from hell, deceptive company, false promises, tricked and lied to us, Melbourne, VIC Victoria & South Australia...

We have made a payment of several thousand dollars for services that were to be delivered in 2 months. It has now been 8 months and we have asked for our money back. Mr Vito Di Natale of Boutique Homes will not return the money or even our phonecalls. We were lied to and cheated.

At the same time we had signed a contract agreement for our home to be built. The firm was not Boutique Homes, but another firm NSD Homes. Once our signatures were on the piece of paper, we have been delayed, lied to, harrassed, phonecalls screened and avoided and not returned. Items other than that specified have been installed and we have basically been told to shut up and cop it. We were told that Boutique Homes was a custom builder, but they are not.

The term buyer beware really applies here. Warning to all thinking about dealing with these people and these firms. It has been a nightmare for us and very stressing.
