NSD Developments also known as NSD homes and their lackie Mr Travis Arthur have lied, misrepresented, overcharged, threatened and emotionally abused us. We were promised a custom home on a fixed price contract and instead we ended up dealing with the building firm from hell!

They have delayed our home every chance they had, imposed finacial and time penalties on items they promised to deliver, do not return and screen all phonecalls, they have reneged on contract items, have installed items on house other than what was specified, Travis Arthur could not run a business if his life depended on it, we have been lied to, we have been threatened with stop work especially as they understand our financial position. We have basically hired someone to harrass us! Should you choose to build with them, GOOD LUCK!!!
