Telemarketing scam/ Cayman Islands Bank transfers Kingston

Three weeks ago, I was informed that I won 2.5 Million dollars from the "Australian International Sweepstakes, if I would only deposit a Processing fee to a bank in the Cayman Islands.

Yesterday I got a call that I had won 3.7 million dollars, with the same come-on. Sounds like the "British Australian Sweepstakes" has changed its name but not the scam.

Area code 876 is in fact, Jamaica. Beware of returning the call until you know what the international rates are for this area code. It is possible that there may be a phone scam here as well, where your rates are $5.00 per minute for your phone bill.

At this rate, by the end of the year, I will be richer than Bill Gates.

By the way, I could not find any agency of the telephone company, or local government to work this problem. Any ideas out there?
