Fake goods

Hello- have recently brought a ghd hair straightener from http://www.ghdfactoryoutletau.com/. I have received the product but it is fake. The website claims to be a online approved seller. I have emailed the company in question but have had no response from them. I have phoned the number provided but the number is not recognised. Is there anything i can do to obtain a refund or let other people no not to buy??
