Sold my pirated DVD's

I have already made a comment on something that was posted on the 12-17 by idonotlikedodgywebsites regarding this website. Unfortunately I didn't see the post before I made my purchase. Anyway I made a purchase of a box set/ season of How I met Your Mother only to find that when I received the DVD's they were poor quality recordings off City TV. I have made contact with Zeo in customer service at service@buydvdau.com as I cannot get a phone number to call requesting a refund for selling me DVD's that are not authentic. She keeps emailing back advising to try the discs that are not working properly on a different DVD player or PC, to which I responded that was not the issue they play in very poor quality but are clearly pirated DVD's.
The last email I received from Zoe this morning was saying sorry for the inconvenience I offer you a $5 discount on your next purchase, no mention of a full refund despite me asking on several instances for a full refund as I have been sold something not genuine. Anyway I'm not sure how these complaints work and I'm sure I won't get my money back but I want to see that this website is investigated or shutdown so no other people get caught.
