Defective product. No response to emails

I am in South Africa. I ordered boots, one of which was defective. I sent photos of it (or tried to) but cannot get a response. I have been trying for weeks. The contact there is Karen Lee who asked for photos but email never seems to reach her. I never hear back from anyone. Their email address is uggbootsforall@bigpond.com. I have written to them via the website and still recieved no response. Other addresses I have tried are uggbootsforall@bigpond.com.au and UGG@web.com.au and uggboots4all@bigpond.com.au
I AM VERY ANGRY. WHAT CAN I DO?
