Eakdown of new machine

Dear Sir, You many not be able to help me much but I would like to know if there is a board or some where you can go to complain about a company that will not honour their warranty on a product in china. I bought an ipl machine from sincoheren in china advertised with alibaba. It broke down in 4 mths and the last 2 months have been hell trying to get it repaired. they sent parts, but when this did not work a number of times I had to pay 900 dollars to get a technician from china to repair it. they could not so they sent the main part over and we had to put it in and still it wont work. I will continue to work with the company as I have no choice. but I need to know where i can lodge a formal complaint. they did agree to send me a new machine then changed their mind Thanking you sharon butle
