Hi my name is frances
i brought a electrolux washing machine about 18 months age.
on the 17/10/08 i had silverfox servic centr come to my house to check my machine andthey told me that they will have to get parts for it so i said that was okay. One month later they contacted me to set a date to fix the machine which was the 14/11/08 that day i had a call from the service man telling me that now they relided that they need a swith for the door otherwise it may break again. I was very upset as i had come out of hospital few days before. Then i had a call from the office and i told them that i had been without aa machine for 4 week and now it would take another 10 day to 2 weeks, i was furios as i need to use a machine as i was very sick however i was so mad and told them that i didnt want the machine fixed as i could not wait 10 more days at the time i thought that the on ly way was to buy a new machine. the next day i called the office 2 times after the 2nd call i was told that they will not fix the machine as
i told them that i did not want it fixed and to look in the white pages and find someone else to fix it. I found a add in the paper and rang this man who said that he will fix it for me today he rand me to tell me that he could not get parts for the machine untill mid january it this the servic that electrlux give people
now i have no choise than to look for some money to buy a wasing machine please can you help as this is not wright and i done want this to happen to any one else
