Saw their advertisement on Channel 10 - rang to order item, checked item was half price as per add and was told that was correct and it was the full program.

Received item and an ivoice for 3 payments totalling $204.85 not a ONE OFF PAYMENT OF $65.00.

Rang and queried invoice and was told the add only gives you a specimen kit and I had ordered the full plan. I DEFINITELY HAD NOT DONE SO. I told them the add and their tele operator had said it was a full program, they said it is not and I have to pay over $200.00

Insisted the items be returned - money won't be refunded until the kit is returned to them.

Could take over 40 days to get a refund.

And now I read they keep billing you any way for items whether you order them or not.
