Can't cancel subscription

I have tried to stop subscription to freelotto.com and i havn't been able to contact them via post or email..i can't access my account it won't accept my details and noone is getting back to me i have been charged months and months and i just won't out why should i have to pay for something i no longer want..what is going to be done about this company i am not the only one domplaining about freelotto.com
