Unauthorised amount deducted from credit card

Had $49.95 deducted from my credit card which i did not authorise. when i rang the 1300 number on the statement, i kept going around in circles, pressing different options. finally i spoke to someone who was so dodgy, she put me on hold, and left me on hold.
