Paid for twice/Still not working

On the 23 October I paid for your ca security $99.95 by master card and it was deducted on that day then on the 2nd of November as it would not download you talked me into upgrading so I could have IYOGI support and I paid $459.99 which has been deducted from my master card to your company. I spent at least two days with the iyogi support and all they did was disconnect my printer from working my email from working and my sound from working so I had to get another technichian in for another day to get my computor up and running and still with more hours and days of my valuable time to just get my computor back on line. Still no luck with your product being installed. You also said that the original $99.95 would be refunded which has not happened, if I took out the 3year contract. In my view not being able to speak with someone within your own country by phone is a big disadvantage and the other thing that your company always disconnects your product at least three months before the contract is up I should have known better than to advise or use your company again. I have been loyal to your company for many years but should have known better. My computor still remains unprotected and this is very unsatisfactory. I am considering putting this into the hands of my solicitor unless it is resolved quickly and certainally would not recommend your product in the future to anyone again. As I do a lot of voluntary work for the elderly I do not have the time to waste sitting for days on end to resolve this situation. A prompt reply would be appreciated. Lyn Lynch
