Not good enough

Just before i finished work i rung up red rooster in the city and asked for a large family chips with chicken salt for me and my kids and got (Ellie and Shaye) my children to pick it up . when we got home we opend the box and we started eating it and Ellie complained about too much chicken salt but i told her to just brush it off and then shaye had a chip and put it into her mouth and she pulled out a Cockroaches leg.
when we went to take it back that night they said that we asked for chicken salt and that we were lying about the Cockroaches leg.
And we left without our money back or new chips and we went to bed HUNGRY . We are not happy with their behaviour and get rid of the girl with blonde short hair.
