Incapable staff

To whom it may concern:
I am a frequent maccas customer and expect what everyone else expects--fast food! On saturday 15th aug at 8:30pm my partner (Rod) and I went thru the drive-thru at the above mcdonalds outlet. We ordered a ceaser chicken wrap, a sweet chilli wrap, and a cheeseburger. when we arrived at the collect window we were told to wait in the waiting bay another car was in front of us a green xcel. A couple of mins past and a young girl brought out a bag for the green exel and they left meanwhile another car pulled up behind us they got there food straight after. About 5 mins later a young asian guy came over to our car, a yellow lancer, and asked i quote "Is there any reason you are sitting here". We are so shocked and explained what we had ordered and said this is quite ridiculous. They young man looked at us blankly and then walkd back inside. 2 min later another ethnic guy has come out to our car and again i quote"So u did order something, what is your order?" they had apparantly lost it! By this time as you can imagine we were both quite agitated Rod got our reciept and went inside to make sure they were getting it. He asked for sum chips to be thrown it coz of our wait. the ethnic guy (manager i think) has looked straight at him and said " You wont be getting any free chips mate!"
When we finally did get our meal our wraps were disgusting the chicken was overcooked there was hardly any fillings in there and they did not satisfy us. I was so disappointed in the service this guy in particular has really let the name of maccas down. I will not be going to this mcdonalds again i would rather go to KfC or Red Rooster which are close by!
Thankyou for taking the time to read this and i hope to recieve a phonecall and/or and apology letter containing some sort of compensation for our troubles.
