Partys no toys for kids

My son had his birthday party at warnbro store on sunday 21st of august we turned a blind eye to all food still on floor but then more pronlems arose food was 45 min late and kids sat waiting for it they were only ment to have set maels but the girl let them pick anything so they were geting frozen cokes etc they never got there toys for there meals which was for 13 kids so would be around 26 owed then girl said will do games after cake now as food ran late i said thats okay and then children were eating there cake and she asked me to pay i went and payed no recipt offerd girl just took money then said there is no time to do games now and just walked off i would of asked for a discount of something if i knew they were not going to do games etc then left up to me to tell all parents and children i mad a complaint that day in person but manager not on now have called 4 times spoken to 3 diff staff last time spoike to steph who i got told was the manager but app was just taking over for manager while they were away i am sick off calling there warnbro store and getting no ansewer hope this matter can be resolved my details are lisa smith lisacs@live.com.au 0420420886
